Adding the code manually
PowerPoint / Keynote: View > Slide Master, add a small text box (7 to 8pt, light gray) in a bottom corner, type the code. It then appears on every slide automatically.
Canva: there's no live master slide. Format the text box on one slide, copy it, and paste onto each other slide. Or save a version with an empty placeholder box as a Brand Template to reuse.
PDF: skip manual placement entirely, use the "Stamp a PDF" tab instead, it adds the code to every page automatically.
Works entirely on this device, nothing is uploaded anywhere. Codes stamped are small and light gray so they stay out of the way of your design.
Codes are saved in this browser only. Export to CSV occasionally to keep a permanent backup, and share this file with anyone else (like your CEO) who needs to stamp decks, each person builds their own code list on their own device.
